2. Commercial Sales and Rental Department. This department focuses on sale and leasing of office buildings, retail strip centers, malls, industrial, warehouse, medical and hospitality.
3. Land Sale and Rental Department. The lands department is responsible for the sale and lease of land lots in all sectors whether commercial, residential, leisure, and hospitality.
4. Facility management. This department handles the management of residential and commercial properties. We utilize the state-of-the-art software to assure you facility is managed with superior efficiency and ease.
5. Financing department. This department handles the financing of residential and commercial properties, it provide the buyer with different financing options, such as banks financing, seller financing, Islamic funding and private funding.

On a weekly basis, Eagle Estate places advertisement in the most poplar publications in Jordan, such as Amalak, Al Waseet, Al Rai, Al Ghad, and Jordan Times newspaper added to Jordan Business and Jordan Property magazines. Our ads have been regularly read every week, and are anxiously awaited by the public to learn about our new listings.
Your listing will be posted on our website with description and pictures. We have invested substantial amount of time and money to assure the optimization of various search engines, such as Google and Yahoo, to assure our website shows up on the first page whenever search is being performed related to real estate in Jordan. Our fees vary from 5% to 10% of the total rental income depending on the property type, location and tenant mix.

Selling: The typical brokerage fees for selling are 4% in total 2% from the seller and 2% of the buyer. An additional amount of 16% of the brokerage fee is also payable to cover government sales tax, unless the parties involved have tax exemption in Jordan.
Renting: The Typical brokerage fees for renting are 5% of the annual rent from the lease and 5% of annual rent from the lesser. An additional 2% maybe charged to each year if the lease is renewed by the same tenant.
We cooperate with other brokers
Cooperation with other agencies: Eagle Estate policy is to make every effort to sell your property, even if means that we split our commission with other brokers. Our goal is to sell your property, even if it means small or no commission to us.
We are an “Exclusive Agency”
We are an “Exclusive Agency” meaning all our listing must be signed on an exclusivity basis, typically from 3-6months. During this period, Eagle Estate will make every effort to market your property. Thus, you do not need to list your property with various offices. If we have an exclusives agreement, we will market your property to other brokers and will spilt the commission 50/50 on successful basis.
