- Assist Developers in establishing plans for marketing and sales of projects they launch.
- Provide Developers with consultation on how to position their products and execute marketing and sales plans.
- Executing marketing and sales activities of projects launched by developers utilizing all sources available (advertising, website, sales force, CRM, etc.).
- Establish on site sales offices when needed.
- Work with other departments within the company to assure optimal performance and output.
- Always thrive to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction whether developer or buyer.
- Projects carried by this department can be residential commercial or leisure and can be located anywhere in the Kingdom and in most cases properties would be sold off plan.
- The department can either work on exclusive or non-exclusive basis with developers
- The department will tap on the Head Office resources whether it is technical or other projects and leads
